Indian Head Massage
(for Relaxation)
This is an incredibly relaxing and
ancient therapeutic treatment, that
has been practised in India for
thousands of years.
It’s aim is to re-balance the bodies
energies and does this by using
acupressure on the head, face, neck
and shoulders.
However, I focus on the scalp area for
the purposes of creating a relaxing
experience, enabling you to de-stress.
It can be combined with an hypnotic
guided visualisation for an additional
relaxing experience.
£20 per session… it can be combined
with a hypnotic guided visualisation
for a relaxing/ASMR type experience.
Emotional Freedom
Technique (EFT)
EFT is best described as a healing
technique that works similar to
acupuncture but without the
needles. It involves gentle tapping
on selected energy meridian points
and is non-invasive.
EFT can be used as a stand alone
therapy or combined and
incorporated with hypnotherapy It
has been clinically proven to be
effective in thousands of cases for
Trauma, Abuse, Stress, Anxiety,
Fears, Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder (PTSD), Phobias,
Depression, Grief, Addictive Craving
and many other psychological
symptoms.
EFT centres around the effects of
the body’s subtle energies using the
theory that “the cause of all
negative emotions is a disruption in
the body’s energy system”. Certain
meridian energy points are tapped
into by the fingertips (these areas
being predominantly around the
face and hands) whilst the client is
“tuned in” to the problem. There
are subtle energies that circulate
throughout the body and these
have been largely ignored (until
recently) by western scientists.
With EFT, however, these subtle
energies are considered to be the
front running cause of emotional
upsets. There is undoubtedly
evidence from many case histories,
to show a link between our physical
ailments and our emotional issues.

the sessions are face to face or over
skype). We use every technique
available within the life-coaching
process, to ensure the client has the
optimum motivation and confidence
to achieve success.
An initial 30 minute FREE
consultation is offered whereby the
duration of the coaching process is
decided (typically 12 weeks). The
first 2 sessions are payable up front.
